We are a fruit and vegetable vendor and often face orders from downstream suppliers and customers. In the past, when receiving a large number of orders, we would copy them into Excel and need to check if the data is correct, which takes a lot of manpower and time. Also, because the orders are manually entered and checked, the error rate is actually quite high. Later, we asked colleagues for recommendations and used Juyoung's system. It has truly saved a lot of working time. Through the LINE BOT, customers can place orders directly without the need for staff to enter them, reducing the risk of human errors. We were initially worried that the operation would be complicated and difficult to understand, but through the guidance of customer service staff and the user-friendly interface, we quickly learned how to use it. The LINE order system has brought us many conveniences.
